2026학년도 1학기 대학원 학위논문제출자격 외국어시험 면제신청 

추가 접수 안내 (4월 17일, 1일간)

2026학년도 1학기 학위논문제출자격 외국어시험 면제신청 추가 접수를 아래와 같이 시행하오니, 4월 20일부터 진행되는 논문심사신청 예정인해당 학생은 기간 내 반드시 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.

금번 추가 접수는 해당 학기에 한하여 한시적으로 운영되는 것이며, 향후 동일 사유로 인한 추가 접수 및 별도의 구제 절차는 시행되지 않음을 안내드립니다.

 
1. 신청 대상
 : 유효기간(2년) 이내의 공인어학성적을 보유하고 있으며, 외국어 면제 기준을 충족하였으나 정규 신청 기간 내 신청하지 못한 일반대학원생

2. 신청 기간 : 2026년 4월 17일(금) 09:00 ~ 17:00 (1일간)
 ※ 상기 기간 이후 추가 신청은 일절 불가하며, 별도의 구제 절차가 없으므로 반드시 기한을 엄수하여 주시기 바랍니다.

3. 신청 방법 : 붙임1. 사유서(지도교수 확인 및 서명 필수)를 작성한 후, 공인어학성적표 원본을 가지고 직접 방문 제출
 ※ 제출처: 중앙도서관(대학원) 127호 대학원행정팀
 ※ 추가 접수는 방문 제출에 한하여 인정되며, 우편 및 온라인 제출은 불가합니다.

4. 추가 신청 확정일 : 2026년 4월 21일(화) 예정

◆ 유의사항

 가. 제출된 공인어학성적은 논문심사신청 일정에 따라 우선 사전 확정 처리되며, 성적의 진위 여부는 사후 확인될 예정입니다.
 이후 확인 결과, 진위 불가 또는 확인 불가로 판정될 경우, 기 확정된 면제는 관련 규정에 따라 취소 처리될 수 있습니다.
 나. 공인어학성적은 유효기간(2년) 이내의 성적표 원본을 이미 발급받아 보유한 경우에 한하여 제출 가능합니다.
 성적 발표 대기 중이거나 성적표가 미발급된 경우에는 제출이 불가하며, 진위 여부 확인이 불가능한 성적표 또한 인정되지 않으니 각별히 유의하시기 바랍니다.

◆ 외국어시험 자격요건

※ 내국인(대한민국 국적) 박사과정은 영어만 신청 

※ 외국인은 본인의 국적(모국어사용기준)을 제외한 언어 응시 가능

  - International students may take the exam in any language other than their native language (based on nationality/mother tongue)

※ 아래에 명시된 국가는 영어를 모국어로 사용하는 국가로, 해당 국가 학생은 영어를 제1외국어 또는 제2외국어로 선택 불가능합니다.

  - The countries listed below are considered English-speaking countries. Students from these countries are not allowed to select English as either their first or second foreign language.

Notice for Additional Applications for Foreign Language Examination Exemption for Graduate Thesis Submission Eligibility for the 1st Semester of the 2026 Academic Year (April 17, 1 Day)

The College of Informatics is opening an additional application period for the Foreign Language Examination Exemption for the 1st Semester of the 2026 Academic Year as follows. Students planning to apply for thesis evaluation from April 20 must apply within this period. 

This additional application period is a one-time temporary measure for the current semester. The College will not provide further applications or separate relief procedures for the same reasons in the future.

 
1. Eligibility
 : Graduate students who meet the foreign language exemption criteria with valid official language test scores (within 2 years) but failed to apply during the regular period.

2. Application Period : April 17, 2026 (Fri) 09:00 ~ 17:00 (1 Day Only)
 ※ No applications will be accepted after this period, and no separate relief procedures exist, so the deadline must be strictly observed.

3. Application Method : Complete Attachment 1. Statement of Reason (Advisor's signature required) and submit it in person with the original official language score report

 ※ Submission Office: Graduate School Administration Team, Room 127, Central Library(Graduate School)
 ※ Only in-person submissions are accepted for this additional period. Mail or online submissions are strictly prohibited.

4. Expected Confirmation Date : April 21, 2026 (Tue)

◆ Important Notes

 A. Submitted scores will be pre-confirmed to align with the thesis evaluation schedule, and the authenticity of the scores will be verified at a later date.
 If a score is found to be invalid or uncomfirmable, the exemption may be canceled in accordance with University regulations.
 B. Only original score reports already issued within the 2-year validity period may be submitted.
 Scores currently pending release or reports not yet issued cannot be submitted, and reports that cannot be verified for authenticity will not be recognized.
