1. 학위청구등록금(계열별 수업료의 12%)
가. 납부기간(수료생) : 5월 6일(수) ~ 5월 8일(금) 16:00까지
1) 대상 : 학위청구논문 심사 신청한 수료생 (정규학기 재학생은 별도 추가등록 필요없음)
2) 영구수료생 학위청구논문 제출연한 연장[특례]자는 정규등록기간에 등록금 납부 완료됨
3) 논문심사 신청자 확정 처리 및 학위청구등록금 납부완료 후 심사기간 중 심사포기 등의 사유로 심사신청 취소
및 학위청구등록금 반환 불가
나. 고지서 출력 기간 : 5월 6일(수) ~ 5월 8일(금) 16:00

다. 납부방법 및 금액 : 가상계좌로 납부
1) 학위청구등록금은 (계열별) 수업료의 12%이며, 그 중 수료연구등록금(수업료의 7%)을 정규기간에
등록한 경우 나머지 5%만 등록함
2) 정규등록 기간에 수료연구등록금을 등록 못했을 경우 학위청구등록금 12% 납부
3) 2014학년도 이전 수료자 중 학위청구등록금 선납자는 0원 등록(해당자만)
※ 유의사항 ※
1. 사전에 수료연구등록금 (7%) 납부한 학위청구논문심사신청자(수료연구생) → 🖱️"차액고지서" 조회하여 학위청구등록금 5% 납부
2. 수료연구등록금 (7%)미납부한 학위청구논문심사신청자(수료생) → 🖱️"포털 등록 고지서" 조회하여 수업료의 12% 납부
3. 수료연구등록을 희망하는 수료생(수료→수료연구생) → 포털의 등록 고지서 조회하여 수업료의 7% 납부
4. 학적이 "재학생" 및 "영구수료 논문제출연한연장생"인 학위청구논문심사신청자는 별도 납부금액 없음
※ 학위청구등록금을 납부하고 논문심사에 불합격하여 재심사를 요청할 경우 학위청구등록금 재납부해야함
※ "정규기간에 수료연구등록을 못한 수료생도 수료연구등록금만 납부 가능"
※The registration fee must be paid within the designated payment period. Payment cannot be made after the deadline.
※Failure to pay the degree application registration fee will result in ineligibility to apply for thesis evaluation in the 1st semester of 2026. (This does not apply to currently enrolled students. )
※Once you have applied for thesis evaluation, cancellation of the application and refund for the registration fee is not allowed.
※This degree application registration period is unrelated to the extension of stay for international students.
1. Degree Application Registration Fee (12% of tuition for each academic division)
A. Payment Period (for those who have completed coursework): 5/6(Wed) ~ 5/8(Fri) 16:00
1) Eligible students: Students who have completed coursework and applied for thesis evaluation. (Regularly enrolled students do not need to pay additional registration fees)
2) Students who have received special approval to extend the thesis submission period after permanent completion must have already paid during the regular registration period.
3) Once the thesis evaluation application is confirmed and the degree application registration fee is paid, no cancellation or refund is allowed, even if you later withdraw from the evaluation during the review period.
B. Period for Printing the Payment Bill: 5/6(Wed) ~ 5/8(Fri) 16:00

C. Payment Method: Payment is made via a virtual bank account.
1) The degree application registration fee is 12% of the tuition fee(for your division).
If you have already paid the research registration fee (7%) during the regular period, you only need to pay the remaining 5%.
2) If you did not pay the 7% research registration fee during the regular registration period, you must pay the full 12% now.
3) Students who completed their program before the 2014 academic year and prepaid the degree application registration fee do not need to pay. (0 KRW only to those who apply to this condition)
※ Notes ※
- Students who already paid for 7% of the research registration fee and applied for thesis evaluation(Post-Completion Researcher) → 🖱️ Check the 'Difference Bill' and pay the remaining 5%.
- Students who did not pay for 7% of the research registration fee but applied for thesis evaluation(Post-Completion Researcher) → 🖱️ Check the 'Portal Payment Bill' and pay 12% of tuition.
- Students who wish to newly register for a candidate (completed → research-registered) → Check the “Portal Payment Bill” and pay 7% of tuition.
※ If a student pays the degree application registration fee but fails the thesis evaluation and requests re-evaluation, the fee must be paid again.
※ "Students who were unable to register for research during the regular period can also pay only the research registration fee."
