<2025학년도 2학기 개별연구 및 캡스톤디자인 경진대회 안내>
1. 참가대상
- 정보대학(컴퓨터학과, 데이터과학과, 인공지능학과) 재적생 전체
- 2025학년도 2학기 교과/비교과 산학협력프로젝트 참여 학부생
(융합전공, 이중전공 등 타학과 학생도 아래에 해당하는 경우, 참여 가능)
(교과 : 개별연구프로젝트, 실전SW프로젝트, 산학캡스톤디자인)
(비교과 : SW중심대학 지원 산학협력프로젝트)
2. 운영방법
- 2개 분야로 나누어 참가 (SW 부문 : SW 개발 및 시연 / 논문 부문 : 연구 및 시연)
※ 택 1하여 참가(중복 지원 불가)
※ 개인 또는 팀 단위 출전(중복 출전 불가, 1팀당 최대 5인까지 구성 가능)
- 우정정보관 1층 로비에 포스터와 부스를 만들어 개시
- 각 팀(개인)별 수행한 프로젝트 발표와 결과 시연
- 컴퓨터학과 교수 4명, 산업체 위원 3명이 참여하여 심사 및 평가 진행

4. 시상

※ 심사 결과 적합한 결과가 없는 경우, 수상작을 선정하지 않을 수 있음.
※ "2팀 이상"은 학생들 프로젝트 완성도에 따라 3팀까지 시상할 수 있음을 의미함.
5. 기타
- 경진대회 참가를 희망하는 학생(팀)은 12월 10일(수)까지 신청서를 제출해주시기 바랍니다.
- 심사 시간에는 팀원 중 1명 이상 반드시 현장대기 해야 하며, 발표, 데모 질의 준비
- 참가신청자 대상 포스터 안내 및 경진대회 세부 진행 사항 개별 안내 예정
- 대회 참가 및 진행과 관련하여 추가 문의사항은 행정실로 연락하시기 바랍니다.
- 이번 대회에서 수상하여 장학금 지급을 받는 학생들은 추후에 반드시 TOPCIT 시험을 응시해야
합니다.⭐
6. 포스터 제작 방법
- 규격 : A0 사이즈로 세로 인쇄
(연구 주제에 맞춘 보고서 형식 또는 연구 결과를 확인할 수 있도록 포스터 제작)
- 인쇄 방법 : 노벨광장 옆 <이공무지개문화사>에서 포스터 제작⭐⭐⭐
인쇄 시 정보대학 장부 반드시 <경진대회용 포스터 제작>으로 작성하고 인쇄해야 함
※ 학생 돈으로 결제하는 게 아닙니다. 행정팀에서 추후에 일괄 계산 예정입니다. 다른 곳에서 결
제하거나, 학생이 직접 결제할 시 처리 불가하오니, 반드시 유의하시기 바랍니다.
- 전시 방법 : 인쇄물을 가지고 우정정보관 102호로 행정실로 방문, 포스터 거치대 배포 예정
- 전시 일정 종료 후 제출한 포스터 자체 수거

<Notice on the 2025 Fall Semester Individual Research & Capstone Design Competition>
1. Eligibility
- All currently enrolled students of the College of Informatics (Departments of Computer Science, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence).
- Undergraduate students participating in curricular or extracurricular industry–university collaboration projects during the 2025 Fall semester.
( Students from other departments, e.g., interdisciplinary majors, double majors are eligible to participate if they meet the criteria below )
(Curricular projects: Individual Research Projects, Practical SW Projects, and Industry–University Capstone Design)
(Extracurricular projects: Industry–university collaboration projects supported by the SW-centered University program)
2. Format and Procedure
- Participants will enter under one of two categories: SW Track (software development and demonstration) or Paper Track (research and demonstration)
※ Choose one track only (no duplicate submissions)
※ Participation may be individual or team-based (no duplicate entries; teams of up to five members)
- Posters and exhibition booths will be set up in the first-floor lobby of the Woojeong Information Building
- Each individual/team will present their project and conduct a live demonstration of results
- Evaluation will be conducted by a panel consisting of four Computer Science faculty members and three industry representatives

※ If submissions do not meet the judging criteria, awards may not be granted.
※ “At least 2 teams” means that, depending on project quality, up to three teams may be awarded.
5. Additional Information
- Students or teams wishing to participate should submit their application by Wednesday, Dec 10.
- During judging, at least one team member must remain on site and be prepared to respond to presentation and demo questions.
- Poster guidelines and detailed competition procedures will be provided individually to applicants.
- For additional inquiries regarding participation or event procedures, please contact the administration office.
- Students who receive scholarship funds as competition winners are required to take the TOPCIT examination at a later date.⭐
6. Poster Preparation & Printing
- Size: A0, portrait orientation
(Design the poster in a report-style layout or otherwise so that the research topic and results are clearly presented)
- Printing : Have posters printed at <이공무지개문화사> (Igong Mujigae Munhwasa) located next to Nobel Square⭐⭐⭐
When printing, be sure to record the College of Informatics account entry as “Poster Printing for Competition”.
※ Note: Students should not pay for printing. The administration team will handle payment centrally at a later date. Payments made by students or at other print shops cannot be processed, so please adhere strictly to this procedure.
- Display procedure: Bring the printed poster to the Administration Office (Woojeong Information Building, Room 102) to collect a poster stand for exhibition.
- Please collect your poster after the exhibition period ends.
