2. 신청방법
- 신설 : 신청학생이 3. 학생설계전공 신설 제출 서류의 모든 서류 구비하여 소속대학(부) 행정팀으로 제출
- 기개설 : 신청학생이 3. 학생설계전공 신설 제출 서류에서 학업계획서[별지서식2]와 성적증명서를 주관대학(부) 행정팀으로 제출
3. 학생설계전공 "신설" 제출 서류
① 학생설계전공 신청서 (붙임 : '학생설계전공 신청서 양식', 별지서식 1)
② 학업계획서 (붙임 : '학생설계전공 신청서 양식', 별지서식 2)
③ 학생설계전공 이수과목목록 (붙임 : '학생설계전공 신청서 양식', 별지서식 3)
④ 학생설계전공위원회 회의록 (붙임 : '학생설계전공 신청서 양식', 별지서식 4)
⑤ 학생설계전공 교과목편성 동의서 (붙임 : '학생설계전공 신청서 양식', 별지서식 5)
⑥ 성적증명서(기이수한 학생설계전공 해당 교과목을 형광펜 등으로 표기한 후 제출)
4. "기개설" 학생설계전공 신청 제출 서류

② 성적증명서 (기이수한 학생설계전공 해당 교과목을 형광펜 등으로 표기한 후 제출)
③ 기개설 학생설계전공 지원자의 적격 여부를 판단한 회의록 (붙임 : '학생설계전공 신청서 양식', 별지서식 4)
5. 합격자 발표 : 2026.6.19.(금) 17시 (포탈(KUPID) - 게시판 - 공지사항 - 학사일정에 공지 예정)

2. Application Method
- New Establishmen : The applicant must prepare all documents listed in 3. Student-Designed Major “New Establishment” Required Documents and submit them to the administrative office of their affiliated college (department)
- Previously Established : The applicant must submit the Study Plan [Appendix Form 2] and Official Transcript from 3. Student-Designed Major “New Establishment” Required Documents to the administrative office of the supervising college (department)
