<2026학년도 1학기 개별연구 및 캡스톤디자인 경진대회 안내>
1. 참가대상
- 정보대학(컴퓨터학과, 데이터학과, 인공지능학과) 학부생 전체
- 재학생 또는 초과 학기생 참여 가능
- 개인 또는 팀 단위 출전(중복 출전 불가)
- 팀 당 최대 인원: 5명
2. 운영방법
- 2개 분야로 나누어 참가 (SW 부문 : SW 개발 및 시연 / 논문 부문 : 연구 및 시연)
※ 택 1하여 참가(중복 지원 불가)
- 우정정보관 1층 로비에 포스터와 부스를 만들어 개시
- 각 팀별 수행한 프로젝트 발표와 결과 시연
- 교내외 대회 수상작 출품 불가

4. 시상

5. 기타
- 경진대회 참가를 희망하는 학생(팀)은 6월 16일(화)까지 신청서를 제출해주시기 바랍니다.
- 심사 시간에는 팀원 중 1명 이상 반드시 현장대기 해야 하며, 발표, 데모 질의 준비
- 참가신청자 대상 포스터 안내 및 경진대회 세부 진행 사항 개별 안내 예정
- 대회 참가 및 진행과 관련하여 추가 문의사항은 행정실로 연락하시기 바랍니다.
- 이번 대회에서 수상하여 장학금 지급을 받는 학생들은 2학기에 반드시 TOPCIT 시험을 응시해야
합니다.⭐
6. 포스터 제작 방법
- 규격 : A0 사이즈로 세로 인쇄
(연구 주제에 맞춘 보고서 형식 또는 연구 결과를 확인할 수 있도록 포스터 제작)
- 인쇄 방법 : 노벨광장 옆 <이공무지개문화사>에서 포스터 제작
인쇄 시 정보대학 장부 반드시 <경진대회용 포스터 제작>으로 작성하고 인쇄해야 함
(학생 돈으로 결제하는 게 아닙니다. 행정팀에서 추후에 일괄 계산 예정입니다.)
- 전시 방법 : 인쇄물을 가지고 우정정보관 102호로 행정실로 방문, 포스터 거치대 배포 예정
- 전시 일정 종료 후 제출한 포스터 자체 수거

<Notice on the 2026 Spring Semester Individual Research & Capstone Design Competition>
1. Eligibility
- - All undergraduate students of the College of Informatics (Department of Computer Science, Department of Data Science, and Department of Artificial Intelligence)
- - Open to currently enrolled students and students in extended semesters
- Participation is allowed either individually or as a team (multiple entries are not permitted)
- Maximum number of people per team: 5
2. Format and Procedure
- Participant will enter under one of 2 categories (SW Track : SW development and demonstration / Paper Track : research and demonstration)
※ Choose one track only (no duplicate submissions)
- Posters and exhibition booths will be set up in the 1st-floor lobby of the Woojung Informatics Building
- Each individual/team will present their project and conduct a live demonstration of results

5. Additional Information
- Students or teams wising to participate should submit their application by June 16, (Tue).
- During judging, at least one team member must remain on site and be prepared to respond to presentation and demo questions.
- Poster guidelines and detailed competition procedures will be provided individually to applicants.
- For additional inquiries regarding participation or event procedures, please contact the administration office.
- Students who receive scholarship funds as competition winners are required to take the TOPCIT examination at a later date.⭐
6. Poster Preparation & Printing
- Size : A0, portrait orientation
(Design the poster in a report-style layout or otherwise so that the research topic and results are clearly presented.)
- Printing : Print posters at <이공무지개문화사>(Igong Mujigae Munhwasa) located next to Nobel Square
When print, be sure to record the College of Informatics account entry as <경진대회용 포스터 제작>(Poster Printing for Competition)
(Students should not pay for printing. The administration team will cover the cost collectively at a later date.)
- Display procedure : Bring the printed poster to the administration office at Woojung Hall, Room 102 to receive a poster stand.
- Students must collect teir own posters after the exhibition schedule end.
